i swear it sounds like matt is playing a 26" bass drum. it looks like some crazy 26 ludwig in some of the pictures from the sessions. i know usually he's got a 24 but it sounds too deep for it.

anyone know the deal?

    could be. or it could be a bit of reverb on the bass drum or the room he recorded drums in.
    My Girlfriend said to me..."How many guitars do you need?" and I replied...."How many pairs of shoes do you need?" She got really quiet.
