i've been using a strumming technique i stumbled upon for a little while now. it's just a quick little palm mute as i strum, and i pull my hand off just as quick so the softened notes ring out. what's this called?
wind howls through our new haircuts
the water rushes 'round

    Just a technique variation on a palm mute. I don't think there's a certain name for it, but if there is, I'm open to corrections. It's a great way to work on subtle textures...
    ...and if you don't like it, you can suck on an egg.
