help with guitar tuning

how do you tune 1/2 step down

how do you do this? i use an electronic tuner, and you can tune it down, however it only goes down a full step, not 1/2. im new to guitar so..... yeah.

any help would be appreciated

Hold down the first fret at each string, and tune it down to the string letter.

Example on the low E string, at the first fret it will be an F. But you tune it down to E. Then you will be a 1/2 step down.

2 frets is a full step, 1 is a half.
