Need Advice! Important!

I can get two guitars:

1> fender jaguar reissue for 500$
2> Hagstrom II for 150$

Whta is better for the price? i heard about the two but need advice from someone with experience with the two or one of them

    I'd go with the Jag, but the Hag's are making a resurgence.
