easy bass songs

hey, im trying to teach my girlfriend's little brother bass, he's definetly improving but i cant think of many easy bass songs to teach him, any ideas?

    Actually most pumpkins songs are easy to play on bass because D'arcy wasnt a bass player by trade when she joined the band, and neither was Corgan, who did most of the bass parts on Siamese Dream

    my first bass line i ever learnt many moons ago was Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit".

    Alive is not a bad one to try as well by PJ.
