This says 14k. I know, wikipedia - but thats a big disparity in numbers. The end stage plus the rail takes up more rows than you think. Plus lots of seats can't be sold because of sightlines including some behind the stage.

I think they could play the Coliseum. It's similar to the Forum in LA, and that sounded OK. All the Old Coliseum shows sounded good to me. Seen Page & Plant, Petty,& RATM there and the sound was just fine.
Yeah, the only show I saw at memorial I was in the 2nd row, not the best way to judge acoustics. I'm just basing the low sound quality on hearsay (friends who saw death cab, could have definitely been their sound techs). I'm not sure what I'd do with myself if they played a full show here.......well I actually do know: go broke buying tickets to drag my friends there!
