Jeff has always been a big fan and I've been wanting them to open for PJ since '03
It is going to be weird seeing him on a big stage after seeing him in small venues.
If you are checking him out for the first time be sure and start with his older stuff.. His new album is his weakest IMO but he doesn't play much of it live

I saw Ted Leo back in October/November and it was an awesome show. For some reason the turnout was absolutely terrible, though. There were no more than 25 people. I know Regina, Saskatchewan isn't a large market by any means but that was just embarrassing.
The largest crowd I've seen Ted Leo play for was one to two thousand outdoors at Coachella ,but only at the Trocadero or Starlight Ballroom in Phlly indoors. It will be different , but I'm a big fan and can't wait. Looks like PJ hit two opener homeruns.
