my Pedal is mega-busted! HELP

ok.. i have a Tone Works KORG AX1G guitar hyperformance processor.... basically an FX pedal... and it's fucked right up.
the manual doesn't help at all... only 2 pages are in English and it just explains what buttons are, not how to use them.
So i was left to figure out how to re-organize the effects (switch the position of 2 effects) but when i (thought i) did, it just copied the one effect over top of the other and now i can't get it back.... this sucks...
something like:
12*Strng, Zombie, Funky, Cuda, Twang
