hey, ive never used this site...so ive got two questions.....1) those who have used it, are you happy with the service and the shipping?
2)check out the link below, with this order, it says theres free gift items...are the gift items listed all included with the main purchase for no extra cost?

    Real indeed.

    Wal-Mart of the musicians world is how I'd describe it too. Sometimes they'll send you the wrong thing though.
