How do I post a song on the web?

I've been working on some riffs and I want to put them on a page somewhere so that friends/others can listen to them, send feedback, etc,. How would I go about doing that without having to pay money?

you'd put a link to the file (mp3) on a page, and they can download it from there. make sure it's small, and that not too many people try to access it at once. otherwise, you can try http://www.mp3.com (but people have to register to hear it)...
