Does anyone have an idea of what Mike plays during his part in the VfC shows? He did the same on Letterman, adding some sort of tremelo pick into it. Just curious, as I'm looking to cover this song at the talent show with my band (whenever that may be).

    i don't think he played the exact same thing every time. Your best best is to find the scale and do some light picking. it's a small part so it should be played on low volume, just loud enough to be felt rather than heard (if that makes any sense).
