How to play slide from Tab

I was never really shown how to play tab and I'm looking for a little help on the Rory Gallagher cover of " As the Crow Files".

0/2 Do I pull off for this and should I bar the whole fret? Should I press lightly on the strings? Any help greatly appreciated.
