its only 150 dollars...is it good? or no?

Well, it's not the real thing, there is a reason it's $150.
But for that price, it'd be a great guitar. The tuners probably aren't great, but at least they're not tulips. And the pickups are probably less than great, but you can always swap pups later. For the price, it would be a fun toy to have around, and with a good set-up and some TLC, it should be good.
