I may be contributing to this whole mess by making a post, especially a new thread but I just can't stand seeing all of this. It really surprises me that people continue to come to this board to complain. I mean some of you seem so angry yet make multiple posts, some of you even thousands of posts about how much everything sucks. I think at some point you need to just give it a rest. I spent hours on Monday along with the rest of you and got frustrated as well but at the end of the day shit happens. It is not our right to judge how someone else runs their business whether it be Pearl Jam or the Ten Club. What we do have the right to do is control ourselves and where we spend our money. If the food I receive at a restaurant is not to my liking, I CAN'T just not pay for it. I CAN choose not to go back, I CAN tell my friends that the serivce or food sucks. At the end of the day this is just a band trying to do what they can to get their music out. If you ask me their track record has been amazing and they have always treated us better than any other band treats their fans. Give them and us a break, go put on your favorite PJ track, and stop complaining.

i don't even feel like i can share my happiness about going to a show here. i figure i'll just keep it to myself or share it with people who feel the same way or won't hate on me about it.

and i got a hold on cash in my account still! i'm not about to start pissing all over the place.

that said, i *can* understand people being mad. what is killing me is seeing people that didn't even try to get tix getting all up in the mix. it's like it's popular to chime in or something.

however, i did not get tickets at ALL and i have not complained ONCE. Im super happy to welcome everyone to L.A and am trying to help any way that i can. Whether it be hotels, or things to do. And i'm helping at the pre-party fundraiser EVEN if i still dont have tickets to either night. Why? cuz i LOVE PEARL JAM and all the frenz i've made thru the years that i'll get to see becuz of this show. My ONLY complaint is that The Master wont be on stage! OTHERWISE.....u know for DAMN sure i woulda beat ALL YA'LL to tickets!!!

I am glad that you got tix, and if not everyone gets tix, well, such is life!

Its not like we pushed them out of a life boat, or denied them some sort of vaccine for a deadly disease!


I agree with you re: all of the people who joined the bitchfest, even though they were not effected by the ticket sale. People need to focus the angst at what is really wrong with their lives, as opposed to jumping on a bandwagon!

i think people will get calmed down after the public sale, when many more people will score tickets. then topics will turn to more fun things, like preshow meet-ups and such. and yes, i was shut out too because of my slow computer, but thanks to one of you wonderful people on here, i will still be going!

i'm glad you did too! i've been shut out many a time (benaroya was the one that smarted the most!), but i can still feel good for others. i haven't gotten that feeling around here, maybe it's just the negative vibe going around.

and yeah, if you had thousands of dollars held up in your account or had a check bounce cuz of the whole bruhaha, then yeah...bitch it up! otherwise....shut up already haha
