I have decided to go with these, which are stock,

http://tubestore.com/ehxel34.html or

these http://tubedepot.com/jj-e34l.html or

these http://tubestore.com/shuguangel34b.html

My price range is up to 30ish a pair. Can anybody give me a yay or nay on any of these tubes. I dont care for alotta high end, but I want somethin fairly balanced, maybe with the mids and lows kicked up a notch.

Well, many different kinds of tubes are good depending on:
    1)What kind of amp you have . . .
    2)What kind of music you're playing . . .
    3)What type of sound you're looking for . . .
    This stuff matters.
Personally I've never liked Electro-Harmonix. Based on what this site has to offer I'd say go with Mallard's http://thetubestore.com/mullardel34.html (they're a better quality tube). You can also get Sovtek or Svetlana - Most companies like Groove Tubes, Fender, Ruby are not actually tube manufacturers (they buy their tubes from companies that actually build the tubes, like Svetlana or Sovtek, and then re-lable them with their own logo). Granted, Groove Tubes does this, but then re-tests and re-analizes them to categorize them and match them better (labeled with letters to let you know what kind of tube they are: R=russian, S=slovakian, C=chinese, and numbered 1-10 so you know which tubes match - so you actually get matched sets). You can also go with Mesa Boogie Tubes (they even go through a much more stringent testing than most, in turn making them more reliable, better sounding, and even better matched).
Anyhow, I'd say to first decide what sound you're looking for, and then make your decision - price is all relevant to the quality of tube you get - cheep tubes are cheep, thus they usually don't sound as good or last as long.
    Cheers . . .

Most people stick with JJ's. Mullards are good too. But JJ's pretty much rule the world.

I'd go JJ's or SED's before I went EH, but that's just me.

I have JJ's, SED's, and NOS Sylvania's. I use the JJ's in my Harry Joyce. They sound almost as good as the Sylvania's at less than half the cost. If I were playing a Marshall, I'd go with the SED's.

See I had one issue with JJ's years ago with my amp, and I've had that mental boycott. So I do all NOS tubes.

JJ's sounded the best in the my buddies 1974x, went thru just about every higher end brand on that thing.
