Overlaying DVD bootleg with an audio bootleg

I've downloaded a fairly decent DVD boot of the Stones show I saw in Boston this past Jan. However, the audio stinks. I also found a audio boot of the show, which I've yet to download. If the audio boot is decent, is there anyway I can substitute the audio boot tracks for the DVD audio tracks?

You will have to stripe the video with timecode, and then lay the audio into the video using the timecode reference. As it exists right now, it sounds like you have no synch between the two. You will need that to stand even a chance at making this work.

You'd also need some pretty slick software to remove the original audio from the original video. It's not impossible, or particularly difficult to do, but you wouldn't want to pay me to do it. :)
