Phantom songwriting site

i came across a site a long time ago where amateur songwriter's sent in their works and they were availible for download so that the fellow members of the community could give the song a rating. for some reason i didnt add the site to my favorites and so lost it forever.
i cant find it and it is bugging me because it was an excellent site with a really thriving community and the home of some tremendous songwriting. would anyone have a clue what im talking about or did i just make all this up?!?!
