Seen them and the Supersuckers last night. Anyone know the amp manufacturer of what Johnny Two Bag's is playing thru? Couldn't read the name started with a "S". Looked like only 3 knobs, assuming its a custom of course.

    my friend google tells me:

Up until about six or eight months ago I was using a 1969 Plexi, small box Marshall. A real one, 50 watts.
I was introduced to a guy named Adam Grimm in San Diego by a friend. He makes Satellite Amplifiers at his
house. That's what I'm playing right now. Those things really sound great. He's making great amps.
GD. Is it like a "Marshally" amp?
J.W. To be honest I don't know a lot about how they work. I know what it's got tone wise is that thing where
its kind of "AC-30ish" in a way. I have basically just a volume and a tone knob on it. What it reminds me of is
like a big…Its 36 watts and it reminds me of an old Valco. It just has that kind of loose gain. It has none of that
Marshally brashness on the top. As great as that thing sounded this thing killed it. Marshalls sound real good
when you are right in front of them, but when you get ten feet away, you go, roll some low mids up into that.
Plexis are so hard to tweak because everything is cascading in there. You have to stand in front of it for a half
hour to try and get a good tone. This thing is just like turn it on, turn up the volume, set the tone. You know
    like an old Supro.
