Broke down, bought another guitar

Being a bass player and all I seem to own a lot of guitars.

Have bought my first P 90 guitar. Went with the Reverend Dare devil 290 http://www.reverendguitars.com/reverend/guitars/set_neck_series/daredevil_290.html

In black. Wasn't as into the DC style but it grew on me. This sort of goes against my grain of only buying instruments from the old norm manufacturers (fender, gibson, ampeg, etc...), but after seeing the poor quality from Gibson, I bit the bullet and did it. Should be shipped in June.

Pretty impressed with the couple I tried out that were 06 models. They just didn't have the one I wanted there.

sweet, I love it in black and it's about 1700 cheaper than a collings 290.

I can't wait to play one. Joe Naylor does generally have his shit toegther the pups should be pretty nice.

    Is it chambered?
My Girlfriend said to me..."How many guitars do you need?" and I replied...."How many pairs of shoes do you need?" She got really quiet.

I played a couple of the 06 models that were around there, and the quality was over the top, just didn't have what I wanted. Not chambered, solid mahogony. Just can't beat that price you know! More colors to pick from would of been nice, but one really can't get that picky for $499.

I've heard their P90's before and they are pretty killer. Hopefully this will satisfy me for a while because I need somthing low wattage and 6V6.
