how to get this sound??

I hope this isn't too obscure, but how do they get that sound on 'Mary of Silence'? It's from Mazzy Star, 3rd track on So Tonight That I Might See

I've searched but couldn't find any tab sites with this song on it, I can only find the lyrics, which I already know. I know they use a wah and maybe a phase but I can't get it to sound like the album.

    i forgot it has delay, too. I just can't get it to sound as dirty as teh cd and can't get the feedback to happen as often or as fast as teh cd either
