I need help with Fandiem

I'm lost on what to do.    I donated to enter to win Eddie's car at Ohana 2025.  I paid extra bonus entries to get a Ohana 2025 t-shirt.     I never got the t-shirt.      
I have reached out to Fandiem about 100 times and all I get is the same AI response that my issue will be esclated and someone will reach out.     its been 2 months.   I just want my t-shirt.
Does anyone have any suggestion on how to reach that company?    are they real?  What should I do to get my t-shirt?   Should I contact my credit card company to reverse the charge?    I'm so lost

    Update to this.      After endless unanswered emails to the company, posting on Social media, and on this site.   The t-shirt appeared on my doorstep last night.      I am so unhappy with my experience with this company.   The AI bot says you can reach a live person anytime, yet not one person reached out to me.    I live in San Jose.   The package came from the LA area.    That is a 2 day shipment.     I'm not sure if someone here helped, but Thank you for letting me vent here.    I have my Ohana 2025 t-shirt and looking forward to the 2026 Festival!
