What I want to know is, was it the Green Lady or the Pink Lady?

    Jeff's the best.
    Green!

I definitely enjoyed talking to Jeff more than Eddie. Eddie was definitely skittish (as one would expect) and Jeff was just really down to earth, like talking to one of your buddies.
You would have to have buddies to know what it's like to talk to one of your buddies.

Whoaaaa. Hope you still have at least one of the posters with Jeff's sig! Pics, please 🙏

I have a pink lady that's a bit beat up from back in the college days. Even though it's a second edition in rough shape with no band autographs, it's still one of my prized possessions.

Love your Jeff story, thanks for sharing.

Rad story. If I ever got to meet Jeff, I would probably not talk to him about PJ at all. I'd want to talk about favorite old punk rock bands and what records he owns. My buddy has actually gone record shopping with Mike a couple times, which pisses me off, since he isn't even a big PJ fan. :D Maybe someday I will be in the right place, right time, and I will get to tag along.
1991- Hollywood Palladium, California with Temple of the Dog, Soundgarden, and Alice in Chains -RIP Magazine Show Oct. 6th
    1992- Lollapalooza, Irvine, California
    Nothing since then. I suck.
2016- Fenway Park, Boston - Both glorious nights
    2022- Oakland Night 2

In addition to meeting Jeff in the early 90s, I was also lucky enough to meet Ed at Ohana in 2023.

We had backstage laminates in 2023 for Sunday.  It was way too crowded during the Foos to get a good viewing space so we decided to have a wander backstage.  My wife spotted Eddie just standing around so I thought I would go say hello.

I told him that I met my wife at a PJ show in 2006.  He replied "that makes all the music worthwhile".  He then placed an Ohana lighter on the palm of my hand and cupped my hand.

Eddie then got called away, so our meeting was short but meaningful.

I work on the fringe of the music/entertainment industry so I have been around a lot of rockstars/celebs.  Even though it was Eddie, I was able to keep my cool.
