    there’s more

Lightning & Thunder + “Pearl Jam” poster.
I guess it was made just for fun and could be a souvenir for the two Hollywood stars.

? Or the real life proofs me wrong and the similar original poster - made just for fun? - does exist and shows up possibly in the documentary.

    Still haven’t seen it.
Or is true thing/made up mentioned in a interview somewhere else?

I find it really hard to believe that Michael Imperioli actually sang the Buddy Holly songs.  I know they have ghost writers.  Do they have ghost singers?

Just saw this yesterday. It was such a great movie! I didn't know much of the story outside the PJ appearance.
Could they have gotten anyone to look and talk less like Eddie to play the role though? Probably not.

My brain just processed the thread title as new song "Sung Blue Movie." Serotonin levels spiked and quickly returned to normal. Carry on.

In memory of Mike Sardina - one half of the Neil Diamond tribute act "Lightning and Thunder" - Claire Sardina receives a Gibson Everly Brothers Guitar from Eddie, an instrument Mike always dreamed of.

Congratulations to @KateHudson on her Academy Award nomination for her incredible performance as Claire in Song Sung Blue!

Different - not much of the venue is visible in the movie, looks like a indoor theater, capacity 1,000+

The PJ shows in 1995 were at at the Summerfest Amphitheater. Capacity 23-25,000. With 9,000 under the roof.

The film shot at a much smaller indoor theatre.
