Do people like Wednesday the first time they hear them or not until they read the pitchfork articles?

Liked them live and love Rat Saw God and Bleeds. I never read pitchfork. I came to them through the Drive By Truckers.

I just heard the new Craig Finn album. It’s really good and would probably have made my Top 10 if I’d heard it in the right year!
    “Do not postpone happiness”
    (Jeff Tweedy, Sydney 2007)

“Put yer good money on the sunrise”
    (Tim Rogers)

I would say the same about the Daniel Avery LP released in October. Only heard it a couple of weeks ago but it is in solid rotation right now for me.

Westerman’s album called A Jackals Wedding is in my rotation now. Guess it came out at the start of November. Picked the cd up for $13.

Very cool stuff. Probably would have made my top 10.

Completely forgot to check out the new Laura Stevenson this year. Thanks for the reminder! Great stuff as always.

Discovering records my radar missed is a favorite thing about these lists. Two of those, Getting Killed by Geese and Snocaps by Snocaps, have been on heavy rotation. Thanks for the solid recommendations :sunglasses:
