There have been multiple surveys and studies over the years thay have shown that an unusually high percentage of "republicans" would be okay with a dictatorship.

I guess they are so fearful, hateful, and ignorant that they would rather be told what to do, how to live, and what to believe than to make decisions for themselves.

It's not so much thay they don't like the people. It's thst they don't understand the people they don't like and therefore are afraid of those people.
Plus they are instructed by their cult leaders to hate and fear the people they are told to not like.
