Recently cover bands get a lot of attention. Oh sorry, tribute acts ;)

I see a lot of former members playing old stuff with other guys. Examples are Nick Mason who's touring Pink FLoyd stuff. Or Ian Paice who is touring Deep Purple stuff on his own.
Those are basically glorified versions of a tribute act.

What if Dave Krusen would do this? Just playing all the TEN era stuff on a worldwide clubtour? All the TEN songs + all the b-sides, outtakes would make a great 90 min show.

Would you go?

Nah, the year is 2025. Let's move forward.

That would be like a band in 1991 just covering Bill Haley's, Rock Around The Clock.

I'm a huge Floyd fan and what Nick is doing with the Saucerful of Secrets tours is fantastic. "Glorified tribute band" is a bigger indictment of whomever would write such a thing.

To that point Krusen is not to Pearl Jam what Mason is to Floyd. I can't imagine who he could recruit for a band that would interest me enough to see it.
