There is so many cool people around here, sometimes I wonder how cool it would be to do a non-pj tour just to visit friends around the USA or the world, MANY of my best friends (FAMILY) in life came out of this corner of the web, I can't be more thankful with the universe/god/destiny or random happenstance, and I make sure to tell my friends that they mean the world to me.

I wanted to thank Dan for being so amazingly generous with me, I'll visit you at some point and we will have a big cup of coffee, there is A LOT to talk LOL.

    Like any successful business or team, PJ has curated a culture of decency that starts at the top and to which like-minded people are drawn - crew, vendors, fans, etc. Its the secret handshake that connects people across all backgrounds & occupations equally. Like Ed says "I think we're all getting a little older" and it's a pleasure to be in the company of so many who value kindness without expectation or score. 

    And now to spend another year(?) anxiously waiting for the next record or tour!

    So well said by both of the above posters! I've thought also about what arq has suggested as it's so damn long between tours and surprisingly hard to run into PJ fans in everyday life. Devolver you've done a great job of putting the big picture into words!

    Maybe some expert or mod. could move this thread over to the Porch as it needs to get some more views imho.
