Eddie on Howard Stern tomorrow (3/3). Doubt it'll be much PJ info but maybe we get something useful in terms of tour news.

I assume this is mostly regarding the EB research, which I am glad to see is picking up traction.

I think some folks underestimated the time frame it would take to get back after losing Matt!

I think people underestimate how long it took them get back on the road even with Matt. We got a decent number of shows 2021-2025, but I remember waiting a long time in between dates. We shall see how this plays out, but I am not missing them at the moment. I am in no rush to pay $300 and hear all of Ten again. I hope they make some new music that gets me excited.

I would easily pay $300 to hear the band play Ten live cover to cover at Dana Point this September with a new drummer, an old drummer, a borrowed drummer, even a blue drummer. No hesitation. Show me a ticket pill and I pay today.

Ohana costs a lot more more than $300. And the likelihood of a Ten show, or even a Pearl Jam show at Ohana is small. But I guess there is a chance. The thing about Ohana is that the lineup does not matter so much. Just put down a blanket in front of the soundboard, which has a perfect view of both stages, listen to live music and chill. by 4pm the place gets so packed. And then the LA people show up at 7 to hear the headliners. So go early and enjoy a day at the beach.

Go ahead. Deride, deride if you must. But let me tell you something, with my personality and this set of hair, you know what I am now? I am in the game. I no longer defer to the coiffed. I'm a player!

Redeemed all of my old bootleg codes and downloaded the recent shows I've seen:

    - The 4 Canadian shows from 2022
    - Vegas/Seattle/MSG.2024

Might have been a mistake lol, because now I'm seriously jonesing for shows. Amped. Will need to tone it down.

Got me thinking about those trips too:

    - Two straight weeks off of work for Canada 2022
    - Dead & Co. at The Sphere on my birthday in between the 2024 PJ Vegas shows
    - First time I ever saw the band.in Seattle in 2024

I made some new friends and saw some old ones, but did a lot of this alone. It would be great to hang with more of you before/during/after the (hopefully) upcoming shows. @GlowGirl can vouch for me lol. I might look like something that escaped from the local zoo, but it's all Nutella on the inside.
I do shows solo as well! When they are touring again, I am down for a meet up! We should wear name tags with our usernames on our shirts. Easier to know who is who while we all wait in the GA line.
Ramada by 10C was a hit. Met a handful of people (regular forum members) in the lobby post shows. Met us with several again up in Pittsburgh.
We were there the night before the first show night and moved to an AirB&B the day of the first show. When the cockroaches moved in, we moved out.

I felt that way when I was able to grab a Springsteen tix for EWR at face value.

Totally. It was such a fucking rush.

Metallica is one of my Mount Rushmore bands.

I go to Vegas every couple of years with my best buddy from college. Haven't seen him in a couple of years, and not since I had a heart attack last year.

Seeing Metallica at The Sphere on Halloween in a penguin costume is something that I can't put a figurative price on.

LOL, Well played Chris.   That was a good one.  Ramada by 10 Club was a hit and props to that amazing person that created the signage and posted them.

Starting to feel like an even quieter version of 2019 but with 4 EV shows in Japan rather than the 12 in Europe

I just got Gorillaz tickets for Chicago!  ("We're happy for you")
Also planning to see Houndmouth in Atlanta and Spoon in Philly.  That is all.  Resume waiting for PJ news.
I've seen quite a few Pearl Jam shows.

I am 99.99999% convinced we will not get any PJ live shows this year. Perhaps midway or so into 2027.

I paid $230 a piece for Seattle lower bowl right beside the front of the pit. I think GAs were $190ish but my kid is too short for that  still. Bought the $4 Kong Card yesterday to get into that presale today.
