Nashville Poster Delays

Anyone order Nashville N1/N2 posters (when Santos first posted) and gotten them yet? I ordered both and my arrival date has been adjusted multiple times for both. And N2 (my favorite) continues to say "On the Way" but lists June 12 as the delivery, with no updates since then. Was just curious. Guess I'll need to contact UPS since, from the tracking, it's already left the 10C.

That's Mail Innovations for you. You can take the tracking number under "Shipment Details" and put it into USPS tracking for more detailed information than "Arrived at USPS Facility". That is, if USPS has actually accepted the package from UPS, which could take awhile. And UPS will be no help if you contact them. They will tell you to contact the USPS.

Yes, I received both. N2 was delayed a bit but arrived on Friday in PA. I was confused when USPS delivered it.

My N1 is showing as "out for delivery" today.  I ordered it about a week before Father's Day and the original delivery date was supposed to be Friday the 13th, then changed to Saturday the 14th.  But just this morning got an update that it's out for delivery today 
And just for reference, I'm in TN.

My N1 arrived on my porch yesterday.  Tracking had not been updated since June 6th.

My Nashville N2 poster finally arrived yesterday as well. Tracking never updated as the way the barcode is affixed on it there is no way to scan it. It is wrapped around it as opposed to lengthwise which is the issue.

Mine was listed with a delivery date of June 11th, it literally just updated this morning for the first time since June 6th that its out for delivery. 
TBH, I'd rather 10c go through USPS OR UPS. Not this hybrid UPS/USPS combo.

My Nashville 2 showed up yesterday. 

I don't bother to check the tracking, I know better at this point... something might show as stuck in Fife for days or even weeks and then get delivered out of the blue w/ zero update scans. That's happened w/ at least 2 items I've bought from the ship in the last 6 months.

Received Nashville N2, but still haven't received N1. I live in Indianapolis and the last two updates was that it arrived at the Indy USPS facility on June 15th, is delayed, and is "Moving through the network" on June 19th. I guess if I wanted a refund, I would need to reach out to the Indy facility (since 10C has shipped it)? At this point, I just want the poster or my money back...I'm tired of waiting.

Yep, you gotta wait at least a month. 90 days for international orders.

What if my order never arrives?

There have been substantial delays due to COVID-19. The normal delivery times may vary significantly. The below guidelines are based on "normal" circumstances, and current transit times will be affected.

Domestic orders that do not arrive within 30 days of the shipping date are eligible for refund or replacement, depending on merchandise quantities. You must make contact with Ten Club within that 30 day period* to be eligible for a refund or reshipment. (If your missing parcel is a Membership Item, it will be reshipped, not refunded).

International orders that do not arrive within 90 days of the shipping date are eligible for store credit or replacement, depending on merchandise quantities. You must make contact with Ten Club within that 90 day period* to be eligible for a refund or reshipment.(If your missing parcel is a Membership Item, it will be reshipped, not refunded). 

*Except in instances where movement is still indicated in tracking progress.

Thanks for the info @demetrios. The asterisk statement is a little confusing though...at least for me. The poster was shipped from Fife on 06/05/2025, but "movement has been indicated" up until 06/15/2025. So does the 30-day window starts on the 5th or 15th? Also, when it states I must contact 10C within the 30-day period (to be eligible for a refund/replacement), I guess it would just be a simple e-mail letting them know we're coming up on 30 days and no poster?

It would start on the 15th. I would contact 10club next week.
