Art to Frames Q's

I'm about to make my first order with art to frames but I thought I would put a couple questions out to fellow members who have used their services in the past. So here are my 2 questions. Any help and or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

1.  Due to the large amount of prints I have framed up on my wall, for now I am steering away from using matting within my frames.  This brings on the problem that the frames I choose need to fit my prints perfectly. The sizes I'm currently about to order would be 12" x 32" and 20" x 26".  How exact are their sizes of frames?  My fear would be that when they arrive they may be one or two mm off and I obviously don't want to be trimming the posters at all to get them to squeeze into the frame.

2. Do all the frames this company sells come with the wall mounting hardware attached to the back of the frame or is this something I would have to install afterwards?

    I have used them a few times and the measurements for cutting matting is always spot on but I have never ordered one without at least one mat. And the mounting hardware I think they will mount for a fee or they send it to you to mount which is usually pretty simple
