Just waiting to be upgraded with Lollar P-90's.

Looks cool as balls.
My Girlfriend said to me..."How many guitars do you need?" and I replied...."How many pairs of shoes do you need?" She got really quiet.

Oh they sound great, I love a good P90 gibson. I'd rather see you purchase one from a store and have it in your hands to look, feel and hear it first and I'm not a huge fan of thier faded finish but it's a solid guitar.

I think Telesonic just bought a TV Yellow special from the late 90's off Ebay and it's beautiful.

It's a nice guitar. you're paying a fairly hefty amount for the gibson name, but all in all it's a nice model.

The Bob Marley (murphy) model special is one of my favorites.

    P90's are wonderful pickups.

Tested out the Gib.....it sounds amazing really does.

One complaint - the frets need a little bit of filing otherwise I'd have some nice cuts at the end of the day....but my GC guy said he'd take care of that too....I'm probably gonna finance it, he'll throw a hardshell skb case, tons of strings and goodies with it too, but I can't do the $600 deal...it'll be the $769....

Just gotta make sure I have the $ for some new tuners cause the stock ones do suck.

ahhh...it's an extremely smooth sounding guitar...nice smooth feel going through my marshall tsl 100 head and 1960a cabinet.

for the price it is just right....

the frets need a bit of filing down....and the tuners will be getting a swap.

figure the gibson p90's sell $125 invidually...that's $250 already...and the gibson name is worth a few hundred...easily worth the money. It's nice and light too....and I've read reviews about some edges somewhere and splinters...but that's not true at least on the few I've seen and played.

    I love it.

Will post some pics of me playin it after my bands show this weekend at the stone pony in NJ

    talk soon!
