Do bootleg download coupon codes expire?

I have a Bootleg Download Coupon Code issued in 2020 with a status of Valid that I am trying to use on the May 13 Raleigh show (Mp3 format) but it says "Enter a valid discount code or gift card"; I have made sure there are no blank spaces when entering the code. I used my code for 2024 successfully. Any tips on what I could try differently?
