the fucking tuck rule. Raiders got hosed. Official still swears it was the correct call. Looked like a fumble to me.

Absolutely on the tuck rule.  either a horrible rule or a horrible call. Raiders were royally screwed.

All of the players refuse to accept the silver. I think the IOC offers them the option to accept every year, or maybe every other year, but it has to be a team decision. At one time, one of them said his wife wanted him to accept it for their kid and he was ok with that. They since divorced and he doesn't want it anymore

I can somewhat understand an official missing a call in the course of a game for various reasons. I don't know what you'd call this though. Blown call doesn't do it justice. Maybe the most egregious abuse of power during a game?

They did it not once but twice.  The Russian team on their third attempt were successful in scoring and a whistle wasn't blown.

So, yes.  Most Egregious would still not be the word to describe this.
