Great Rock N Roll Show Friday Night 5/16

I was fortunate enough to see an amazing sold out concert from one of my favorite bands on Friday night 5/16
As one of the greatest bands of all time and a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame it was quite an experience.
This band hasn't come to my town in over a decade so I had been waiting for this show for what seemed like forever.
Thousands of fans came into town from all over the world most wearing concert t shirts supporting the band.
They played for 2 1/4 hours with an awesome setlist and stage show and we screamed our lungs out singing every
song and partied all night long.

There are quite a few differences between this massive band and most of the others.
This band has no fan club, there were no ticket presales. The ticket prices varied by view, so if I wanted to spend a lot
and sit up front that was up to me, or if I wanted to spend less and just get in the door I could. I was able to transfer a ticket
to my friend who couldn't get to the show at the same time as me. I was able to buy my show specific concert merchandise
on-line so I could spend time showing my friends the sights of the city instead of standing in line before the show or inside
the venue. I didn't have to listen to the opening act tell me to check my white privilege with their scalp whitey attitude.
I didn't have pretend to enjoy the band playing a b side song and watch others go crazy like it was the best thing they
ever heard. I didn't have to watch the singer audition to be the new Casey Kasem by taking requests and dedications
from the audience or stop the show when one of the rail mafia passes out because they camped outside for 3 days.
And best of all I didn't have to hear the singer promote anti American division by chastising others spewing what he doesn't
like about others that don't agree with him.

Pearl Jam and their entitled fans have become Toxic. Everything from the GA line rail mafia to merchandise line mafia who are
one in the same. To the hoarding of limited edition items that they sell on Ebay and PJBAY to fund their next show. It's really
disgusting and I don't just mean the smell!! The band is complicit in this shit and they obviously don't care about all their fans
equally. One day there is going to be an incident, and the band is going to have a lot of explaining to do.

So back to my story Friday night was a great night with AC/DC. Do they play same setlist every night sure but I would see that
show ten times in a row with hesitation than deal with BS that has been created when going to a PJ show.

JUST SAYIN'

Going to beat you to the punch here where you tell me "don't let the door hit me in the ass" or
leave the club so I move up in seniority. You all need to check yourselves and make sure you
are not in a cult!
