    I know. I can see it being release on Blu-ray in a few months. Hopefully it will include more bonus material, music video etc..

    I thought it was based on his story..or based on the book...some details were embellished...sorry, after the whole James Frey debaucle....I was on his side in case you were wondering...poor guy. Oprah was such a jerk to the poor kid.
    Anyway, awesome movie.

    AWWW..me too! It's not like Frey made the whole thing up...just changed a few minor details...like the amount of time he was in jail. Jeez, give him a break.

    Oh and Penn did a relatively good job keeping the movie in tune with Krakauer's book. As a matter of fact, McCandless's sister wrote the narration and expanded a bit on details that we're included in the book.

    I miss the good ole day's of hanging out at the local record stores at 12:am midnight, to get the new release of an album hours before the stores would re-open on Tuesday. Doesn't happen any more here. Haven't attended a 12:am midnight jam for a DVD though. Has that ever happen?
