Ticketmaster app issue

I'm trying to view my tickets in the Ticketmaster app, but every time I go there, it kicks me out after a couple of seconds.  Has anyone else had this problem?

    Welcome to the machine. Usually deleting and reinstalling the app works for most issues.

    ive been considering deleting the app and reinstalling...hoping it would help fight the bots... =)

    The app keeps thinking I’m a bot when trying to buy tickets. No idea why. Maybe I should delete and reinstall too.
