Ticket Help PITTSBURGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello 10C.
I hope you are all doing well. 13 years ago we left PGH to move to SoCal. I usually do not go through 10C for tix even though I have been a club member for like 20 plus years. In SoCal I just go on the Ticketmaster site and grab a GA for face b/c you cannot scalp. Apparently in PA that is not the case???? I have a friend who is a late comer to the Jamily who would like to attend a show in Pittsburgh. He has recently had a few set backs and I would like to help him out. If anyone can advise I would appreciate it. I am looking for any night. Thank you and if you ever want to come out for Ohana please let me know.
