F2F exchange is a failure for in-demand shows

The fact that you cannot get the tickets into a cart (even for a minute) means that every fan that wants tickets to an in-demand show (Hollywood) must be on the event page refreshing constantly and then it's a rush against everyone else to check out the fastest. I've easily spent 30+ hours the last week trying to get tickets when I could be spending time with my family. And now my TM account is locked out because of suspicious activity. So please someone tell me how to attempt to get tickets without being online all day and constantly refreshing? I'm trying to work within the parameters PJ/TM has set up. But they appear to be at odds with each other.

    You're not competing against fans
You're competing against bots/scalping services who have hundreds upon hundreds of "bots/code" checking the TM website every few seconds and immediately scooping up tickets.
or you can come to terms and realize
you're the only one who can forgive yourself oh yeah...
makes much more sense to live in the present tense...

Never have an issue getting tickets to a show I want to go to, or upgrading the tickets I already have.
