Quick! a good buy?

Im looking to upgrade my amp... but have alimited budget. ANyone have an opinion on this?

    270 is probably not bad, An amp that old could have a lot of problems with dirty pots etc. though. It might cost you more than it's worth.
    My Girlfriend said to me..."How many guitars do you need?" and I replied...."How many pairs of shoes do you need?" She got really quiet.
