Help! Solo help...

Im working on a solo for a song we hope to play at our next gig. Its sort of a groovy stoner riff in the key of A but I just cant get a solo down that flows and colpiments the song... Im real proud of the job Ive done on the rest of the song and I dont wanna blow it by throwing in a solo that doesnt fit and is just wanky... So... any suggestions? DOes anyone have any tips on how to tap into the groove and get it flowing?

    maybe u could just compliment the rythm by playing the same thing an octave higher or something like that

    Yeah at the start of the solo it does that with a bit of a pull off... but I wanna go into something at the end. Maybe Ill just come back to it... Ive been working on it for a few days now...
