non pj, fairly easy but fun to play.... i can find the tab, i'm just up for some suggestions. it should be known i'm very amateur.

    any Tom Petty song. They are all 3 or 4 chord songs. Mary Jane is aminor, g, D, Dsus4, Aminor
    Chorus is an Emin, A, Emin, A, G

    Redemtion Song is another easy one, the tabs are posted on all the good sites.

    Pick a song you know by heart and you'll find the rythym and tempo much easier.

    I'd personally recommend "Jesus, etc." by Wilco. It's not hard, but it helps push outside the box on song structure.
