It sickens me that we are to a point where it matters to some (most maybe) the party affiliation of the person attacked or the party affiliation of the property owner before we decide to care about it, denounce it, or excuse it.

I cannot believe what happened in PA and I cannot believe that people aren't standing together to get this to stop.

You're being attacked for making stupid comments where you seem to think that anyone who isn't focused on what you're focused upon, is anti-Semitic.  I opine on controversial or heated topics.  There's nothing controversial about the Shapiro crime.

for the most part amt is quiet on the weekends.

this weekend my saturday and sunday looked like this.

clocked out at 0936 after a 656 mile night. drove immediately to intetgroup office for an aa group business meeting at 1000. home by 1115 or so. nap for 2 hours at noon until 2 to get up and ready for a stretchlab appt at 3 to 350. home to nap again for 2 hours to get up for dinner at 630 then get ready for a volunteer shift of 286 miles at 830 . clock out 0200. home in bed by 3. sleep 4 hrs   get up at 7 and ready to chair my aa meeting at 9-10. grocery store after . home and groceries put away by noon. visit with wife til 2 or so. nap til 430. up to get ready. for 630 aa meeting .home at 9 after celebrating a guys 30+ year sobriety with ice cream.

all the while and for the week before continuing to work through loss of my best friend of 40 yrs and aa sponsee to a drug overdose apr 13 2024.  fair amount of guilt behind that.

wasn't on threads much and when I was, the algorithm fed me other stuff.

so please forgive the lapse oh benevolent guru of all that is holy, moral  and just. will try to be less selfish going forward

And no, there's nothing controversial about torching the gov mansion.  I think I can safely speak for myself and my friends here and say "we're against it".  If you want to take the pro-arson view, I'm happy to have that debate.
