You can't legally take any of these photos after tomorrow. I'm sad that this experience is being taken away from the American people and photographers. We don't know how long this will last or if it's a permanent change.

Devils Tower National Monument is one of my favorite national parks. I've climbed to the top of the tower several times, and even watched sunset from the top once (in winter after 5pm). I've taught night photography workshops there (I had a permit to do so).
