Vinyl Record Display/Protective Case Question

Hey everyone - looking for some help as I have been having trouble finding an acrylic type display/protective case that can hold just one album.  It would be something similar to what PSA rated comics are stored in.  I want to display a signed copy of Ten and protect it better vs just in a regular plastic sleeve.

So far I can only find options that are more like frames to be hung on a wall. I did find these on a reddit post but the person made them vs buying.  Any suggestions would be great!

I’m not an expert, but if you are never going to play the record, you might want to get it framed by a framer and use UV glass to protect the signatures from fading. But someone else here will know better than I do about it.

Thanks. I have considered that option but given it is a bit more $$, would love to be able to find more of a case option

How about a shadow box. I'd store lp seperate so it doesn't get warped. Then you could throw some other pj goodies in there. Away from uv rays. Show a pic when done if you want. Sounds like a treasure to enjoy!

Will do once I land on a solution. I remember seeing someone post in a tread about an acrylic option like I am looking for so hopefully they see this!

Long story short, my sister in law was able to meet the band after a show in Vancouver a number of years ago and got me a personalized signed copy of Ten. The show was right before Xmas so she wrapped it up and gave it to me as a gift!

    That is amazing!!!
  • Yes one of the best gifts ever and definitely my grail!  Hoping someone on here sees this post and can point me in the direction of an acrylic case option.  I can’t believe something like this is not available as seems so simple considering all the ones that are made for comics and cards.

  • Did some additional digging on the web this AM and found these by the company that makes sports card & comic book protective cases!

    https://www.bcwsupplies.com/music-supply/vinyl-records/plasticrigidpvc

They have a blog that explains the various types including a video

Found this store in BC Canada for any fellow Canadians that carry them to avoid the exchange.

Will share a picture once they arrive!

The acrylic record toploaders are cool! It’s too bad they don’t make anything more attractive to house the toploaders in once they’re filled. 🤔

Pretty cool top loaders. But pretty expensive for a pack of 5.
