I suspect the author only saw two Pearl Jam shows during the year.  He must be based in New York.

  • Seeing that every review was in the NY/NJ area...I would definately say that his reviews were geographically biased....not necessarily wrong-but certainly NorthEast-centric.

    Phish hasn’t even concluded their new years run at msg yet. Wether you like their music or not, you must agree they are a force to be reckoned with when it comes to live concerts

    I also saw a leg of the Mannequin Pussy tour, and it's nice to see a shout-out to them in RS, but I feel like they're becoming the punk band for people who don't like punk.

    I love them, I think their new album is amazing - but the crowd they draw now isn't capable of being frothed into any sort of real lather.
