Hey guys/gals,

A friend and I are planning on learning some easy covers to play at a weekly open mic event at our campus bar. We have a list of possible tunes so far:

NIN - Closer (chilled out version)
Pearl Jam - In My Tree (New Live version)
Sam Roberts - Paranoia
Lynyrd Skynyrd - Tuesday's Gone (Metallica Version)
Stone Temple Pilots - Big Empty
Kenny Wayne Shepherd - Blue on Black

I'm hoping you guys could suggest some fairly easier tunes to sing and play with only two people and 2 guitars.

Thanks for the help,
Peace,
-Mitch

if your into mellow, the song Sparks by Cold Play is haunting me now. I got a great tab for it and two guys doing acoustic would mezmerize the audience.

i dunno. maybe im drunk. but this tuning is so cool. 1st E tuned to D and capo 6th frett.

    -d

ps- PJ songs, wishlist is easy to do live too. As well as fun

even River of Deceit by MS.

The solo acoustic version of "Like a Stone" that Chris Cornell did at Santa Barbara was damned good... if you could figure out the arrangement.
...and if you don't like it, you can suck on an egg.
