    I’m assuming they all went to California residents?  Would make sense to send them to people most likely to use them.

    It's here!!!!   I dont think it weighs 4 lbs but it's a decent sized bag.  I felt around a bit and I can feel the brim of a hat so I'm excited about that!!  Gonna wait for my kids to get out of school so they can help me open it.  They've done it with the last 2 boxes 😊
