I didn't see a thread for this, so I thought I'd start one!

Here is my top 10 in no particular order, but I will say that I listened to the top 4 the most. There are several other albums that came out this year that I really loved, but these are my standouts:

- Shovels & Rope: Something's Working Above My Head
- Jack White: No Name
- Pearl Jam: Dark Matter
- Sturgill Simpson: Passage Du Desir
- IDLES: Tangk
- KGLW - Live in Houston
- The Smile: Wall of Eyes
- The Smile: Cutouts
- Liam FInn: Hyperverse
- Shawn Smith: Shield of Thorns
I LOVE MUSIC.

Strong lists....I love a lot of those.

    Would add
    Bando Stone - Childish Gambino
    Invincible Shield - Judas Priest

JP makes top 4 for me, along with Dark Matter, Tangk, and GNX....crazy to think Priest is still putting out great records but it is bomb.

Crap, I forgot about Painted Shield 3.

Guess that’ll have to go on the Honourable Mentions pile, along with John Butler, Iron & Wine, and all the other Neil Young releases this year.
