No choice for GA or seated?

I guess I should be grateful I got anything at all, but I only wanted a general admission ticket. I did not want a seat. And I got a seat to the only show I won for. I’ve seen Pearl Jam several times, and every time I’ve had seats, I’ve had a bad experience from jerks next to me. All I wanted was one general admission ticket. I wrongly assumed this would be like previous tours. Why make GA impossible to get for the people who only want those tickets? I have never had this issue with any other band. The band should know this pushed me in a position where I’m going to have to spend $500 from a reseller for a ticket to see them in GA. That’s not cool.

If you call TM, or chat, they will do absolutely nothing.
Hope this helps!
