Never imagined demand for Pittsburgh shows would be this high, but I guess fans from Canada, Midwest and Northeast US are making the trek.
    It's all happening....

I’m looking for a single N1 ticket for my brother in law — good guy, won’t do stupid shit.

Agreed. Hopefully this is just a perfect storm and not a sign of things to come. Curious if people will be reevaluating their willingness to shell out for PJ premium at the initial sale next time around because of this. What a broken system for fans (not so much for the band/TM/scalpers though so I'm not expecting anything to change).

I mean... I guess so. But Pittsburgh isn't exactly close to the east coast (at least driving). And flying to Nashville or Raleigh is pretty easy from a place like NYC, Boston, etc. That's sort of what has surprised me about this stop on the tour re: demand.

I think its now safe to say that Pittsburgh has been a more difficult ticket than MSG or Philly.

I think it's the fact that the shows are Friday and Sunday - if someone can only watch a couple of shows on the tour then the Pittsburgh ones are likely the most convenient for most people. Florida would be similar but the tiny venue made getting tickets much harder in the first place

Pittsburgh has always showed up for PJ in the past.  I originally thought the market was maybe not there for 2 nights, but then factor in weekend shows, last shows of the tour, proximity to all of the major NE markets and it’s become a tough ticket.

Under 6hrs from Philly, 8 from NYC, 3 1/2 from DC, 2 from Cleveland, 4 1/2 from Cincinnati, 3 1/2 from Buffalo, 5 1/2 from Toronto, 4 from Baltimore. Plenty of drivable areas, add in it’s the final two shows of the tour, along with Friday/Sunday shows. That’s why I always assumed this would be a harder show to grab tix for

Plus last weekend was Mother’s Day and many college graduations happening. Hoping Friday night rivals Spectrum 3 and MSG II in 2010 for crowd energy.

Plus, for the last 2 years the fellas have known more shows are on the horizon. That's not sounding like the current situation. Incredible weekend incoming.. LFG!!!
  • Seeing some Pitt tickets on stubhub- does anyone know how tickets purchased on stubhub work given that it needs to be a mobile ticket and Ticketmaster doesn’t allow transfer of tickets?

Brokers figured out a way to reverse engineer the barcodes. They will then send you a somewhat shady link to www.securemypass.com . You click the link and you will get a working barcode outside of the TM system. The link is totally unsecure and anyone with the URL can access it...

Fenway 2 got 29 songs last year, so it's not unreasonable to think you'll get a longer set then they've been playing this spring.

I have 2 extra tickets to Sunday show in Pittsburgh, 109 row J.  Ticketmaster won't allow me to transfer or sell the tickets because we are Canadian and don't have an US bank account.  You would need to walk in with me.  You can have them at face value.

There was just a BUNCH (like 6 pairs) of 100 level tickets for tomorrow's show, non-fan exchange, dropped. Of course it was that exact moment that I got botted.

But maybe worth keeping an eye out if anyone is trying to get tickets for tomorrow.

I was actively refreshing when these hit, got excited, couldn't even cart any of them and then they all disappeared just as fast, total nonsense.

They did drop a bunch of premiums in sec 106/107/108 for night 2, all the $775 variety just a few mins ago.

For shits & giggles I was just checking on the driving distance/time for those places too and that's a cluster-fucks worth of people that can easily make it to Pittsburgh, easily. I'm driving from near Philly and I'm sure I'm not the only one. After driving to Florida/Atlanta and then coming home for a week and driving back down to Raleigh, driving to Pittsburgh should be a walk in the park=LOL

Plus, these are the ONLY 2 shows in the Northeast.

And, like others have mentioned, other factors playing into why Pittsburgh is a tough ticket.
